How do I return an item purchased through the Whyte Bikes website?

 

Under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund.

But this right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you - whichever is later). After the initial 30 days, you can't demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have the right to a repair or replacement.

To return Whyte Certified Refurbished bikes, clothing, parts, or accessories purchased through our website www.whytebikes.com, please fill in the form linked below. Once the form is submitted, you will receive an email with return instructions. Under Consumer Contract Regulations 2014 you can cancel your order for any reason, at any time from the moment you place your order online to 14 days from the day that you receive the goods. Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange; this is a refund process only. We ask that you place a separate order if you require a different item.
